The 2016 Shiraz was created by hand selecting only the best fruit from McLaren Vale vineyards.

In order to preserve its amazing intensity, we conducted an extensive cold maceration, and slow
fermentation. Later, the wine was transferred and aged on French and American oak for more than 12 months, achieving a robust and elegant shiraz.

This Shiraz has plenty of dark chocolate, black cherry, liquorice and traces of peppercorn. This palate is broad and firm.

A vintage like this only comes around every 5 to 10 years making the grey label “Regional Reserve” a deeply satisfying wine.
