The SHW Shiraz was created with selected fruit from vineyards across NSW. It has a blend of wild forest flavours, ripe blackberries, dark chocolate, liquorice, black and white pepper, cedar and leather aromas. Its savoury and gothic personality was tanned by oak maturation in Hungarian and American oak, contributing with nutty, creamy vanilla hints, mocha bolts, and forest floor background. It has a medium to full body, wired with suava tannins and long finale
This wine would be best served with roast beef, lamb and gourmet sausages.
